These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SIGA — Sistema Integrado de Gestão Ambiental platform ("Service"), provided by Gualandi Assessoria Ambiental("Company", "we", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service description

SIGA is a platform for environmental compliance management, including control of environmental licenses, monitoring of conditions, management of action plans, task tracking, preparation of technical reports, meeting minutes, performance indicators, and financial control related to the environment.

2. User accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account or be invited by an existing user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; or use the Service to store data unrelated to environmental compliance management.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and billing terms are presented at the time of subscription. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to the cancellation terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is the property of Gualandi Assessoria Ambiental and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the environmental compliance data and documents you create and upload to the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data may be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
